Can I charge per class on I'm In!?
Not yet. Current class signups do not collect participant payments.
Can I offer class passes?
Not yet. Class-pass balances and redemption are not part of the current product.
What happens if a student cancels?
Their slot opens automatically. If a waitlist exists, the next student is promoted and notified.
Do students need an account to register?
No. Registration is a single signup form, no account required.
Can I run a class series?
Yes. Select multiple class dates in one event. Rule-based recurrence is not available yet.
Can I send last-minute messages to registered students?
Yes. The event dashboard includes attendee messaging — broadcast to all registered students in one click.
Is I'm In! HIPAA compliant?
Not certified for HIPAA. If your class workflow involves protected health information (e.g., a clinical pilates studio), use a HIPAA-compliant platform like Mindbody or Acuity.
Does I'm In! handle no-show fees or late cancellation policies?
No. Current signups support cancellation and waitlist promotion, not fees or no-show rules.
