Good for finding new members and attendees. Check its current organizer plans if public discovery is part of the job.

Adds marketplace discovery and ticketing. Ticket fees vary by market and plan.
Facebook Events
Free, but Interested isn't a signup, there's no capacity limit, and the algorithm decides who even sees it.
Questions community organizers ask
Is I'm In! free for community organizers?
Yes. Unlimited events and people, reminders, waitlists, and a QR for the flyer, all free.
Do I have to collect money?
No. Most sheets here are for free events.
Can I take optional donations?
Not yet. Signups don't collect donations or payments.
What about recurring events like a monthly book club?
Pick all the meeting dates in one event, or duplicate the event each month. Rules like first Tuesday aren't built yet.
Can attendees see who else is going?
Yes. The sheet shows first name and last initial by default. You can switch it to full names.
Will my signup page have ads on it?
Free sheets show one small ad below the sheet. Any paid plan, from $2 a month, removes it from all your sheets.
How do I move my Facebook Events crowd over?
Post the I'm In! link in the Facebook Event description and anywhere else your group talks. People tap it and sign up, no account needed.
What if my event grows from 50 to 500 attendees?
Nothing changes. Free has no participant or event cap. CSV export is Pro.
Not for you if
- ·You need a public marketplace to find new attendees. Meetup or Eventbrite do that.
- ·You sell tickets to strangers and need a box office and scanning at scale. That's Eventbrite.
- ·Your community runs on a CRM with dues, donations, and accounting. Look at Realm, Breeze, or ChurchTrac for faith communities.
