Last updated: 5/21/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using I'm In! (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

I'm In! provides tools to create event pages, collect sign‑ups, manage capacity, send reminders, and provide calendar links. Learn how it works in the Help Center.

3. Accounts & Security

Organizers create accounts to manage events. Participants can sign up without accounts via event links. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. See Account & Security.

4. Organizer & Participant Roles

  • Organizers control visibility, fields required at sign‑up, and capacity. You must use participant data solely for event purposes.
  • Participants provide details to join a slot. Participants can manage their registration using a unique manage link. See Participant Guide.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of your event content and comments. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display it to operate the Service. You represent you have the rights to the content you post.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive content.
  • No spam or unsolicited mass communications.
  • No scraping, automated high‑volume requests, or attempts to bypass security.
  • No attempts to access others’ accounts or data without authorization.

7. Fees & Subscriptions

Core features may be free. If we offer paid plans or fees, pricing and terms will be disclosed in‑product; fees are typically non‑refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Emails, SMS & Verification

  • We send confirmations and organizer notifications; organizers may send reminders. See Email Notifications.
  • Security challenges (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate‑limits may apply to prevent abuse. See Limits.

9. Rate Limits & Anti‑Abuse

To protect the Service and users, we apply rate‑limits (for example: signups and comments limited per minute per IP; event creation limited per hour/day). Attempts to evade rate‑limits or abuse the Service are prohibited. Details in Limits and Edge Cases.

10. Privacy & Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including cookies/analytics. See also Privacy & Data.

11. Intellectual Property & DMCA

The Service and underlying materials are protected by intellectual‑property laws. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with a detailed notice so we can investigate.

12. Third‑Party Services

We integrate providers (e.g., email, analytics, verification). Their terms and policies may apply where you interact with their services.

13. Availability & Changes

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid to use the Service in the prior 12 months, if any.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to users or the platform.
