Templates
Start from a sheet someone already figured out, or save your own.
Using templates
- Go to templates and type what you are organizing: “oranges”, “chaperone”, “funeral meals”. A typo or half a word still finds it.
- Press Use this and the sheet opens with the spots already filled in. On create a sign-up sheet, the same search opens from More templates (or Command-K), with the templates you saved listed first.
- Change the names and spots to fit, then publish.

No template fits?
Paste your own email or notes into Describe it on the homepage and I'm In! builds the sheet. Then use Change it to adjust it in plain words.
Saving your own
Templates you save live in this browser.
- On create a sign-up sheet, use Save as a template to keep your spots for next time.
- They only show up on the same device and browser you saved them in.
Tips
- Name slots the way people talk: “Setup, 8 to 10” beats “Slot 1”.
- Start with fewer spots than you think. You can add more later from the dashboard.
