Troubleshooting
The usual problems, and what fixes them.
I can’t find my event
- Open your dashboard and click View on the event card.
- Check the link looks like
/{user_code}/{event_slug}. - Not signed in? Sign in to see your events.
- Starting over? Create a sign-up sheet.
- Signing up for someone else's event? Ask the organizer to send the link again.
I can’t select a slot
- It's probably full. Full slots are marked and can't be picked.
- Pick another one, or ask the organizer in the comments to add spots.
Emails not arriving
- Check spam, junk, and any filters.
- Check the email address for a typo. Organizers can send another reminder from the dashboard.
